My Success Story
My name is Leslie and I wanted to share my weight loss story with you. I'm not any sort of diet expert or anything like that. I'm just a single mom who figured out an effective way to shed the pound. I know you probably tried tons of various pills, diets and other scams but I am here to explain to you about the real deal.
How I got my extra pounds in the first place Most skinny people think that flabby people got that way because they're lazy. Truth is, many woman gain extra weight because of life. Kids, work, school - it all takes time from our day. And it's all so exhausting. Who wants to come home after a full day of work, put kids to sleep, and jump straight on the treadmill? Not me, that's for sure. And it has nothing to do with laziness. People only have so much energy.
I used to weigh 180lbs. I big and chunky as you can see in my photo. After my first daughter was born, I gained almost 40lbs. After my third kid was born, I gained a total of 55lbs.
I weighed 180lbs and felt uncomfortable in my own body. So I decided to start dieting. I tried all the "brand name" diets like Atkins, South Beach, cabbage (my least favorite), soup, lemon juice. You name it, I tried it. But none produced real results that lasted. So I gave up.
I stopped going out with friends. I felt ugly. I started eating more and more because I just didn't care. I was in a downward spiral. At my heaviest, I weighed 187lbs. Then I saw something on Oprah that changed my life.
